Founded in 1958, the enterprise was built from scratch and experienced several relocation and renaming, which was finally located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City. With hard work over the past half century and more, the enterprise achieved success from weak to strong and from small to big. Since the enterprise reformation completed in 2001, the production scale is expanding rapidly and the industrial sales value is growing continuously. In 1958, the first furnace’s copper matte was only 4.15 kilograms. Through the whole of 42 years' effort, the enterprise had the capacity to produce 10,000 tons copper cathodes. After reformation, the enterprise has entered a new stage of well-grounded development and accelerated emergence. From 2000 to 2017, the output of copper cathodes reached 420,000 tons from 10,000 tons. The industrial sales value reached 33.965 billion Yuan from 172 million Yuan. The total tax amount reached 1.763 billion Yuan from 2.9347 million Yuan. The Group has realized rapid development.
After reformation, the Group seizes every opportunity to seek development. In order to adjust the industrial layout and enhance the overall strength, the Group set up several subsidiaries in Jiangxi, Anhui, Hong Kong and Shanghai etc. In August 2017, as the successful production of the Heding Project II, a new Fuye Group with graceful surrounding, advanced technology and first-rate equipment shows up to us. This project finds a efficient, green, circular and sustainable way of development, which makes the Group to become a large and integrated enterprise in Chinese nonferrous metals industry. The Group finally realize both economic efficiency and the social efficiency, and play a leading and exemplary role in the local traditional manufacturing industry reformation.
In the past six decades, the Group has made remarkable progress, which embodies the passion, sweat and intelligence of generations of Fuye people.
